FAQ

FAQQ: How long does it take until my site goes live?

A: For a simple site starting with a few pictures and descriptions sent via email, your site can go live within a few days. For more complicated sites we can go live quickly, for example starting with your business contact information, and then we immediately begin adding additional content.

Q: When do I pay?

A: You pay for your first month when your site goes live; you are billed monthly thereafter.

Q: Is there a commitment?

A:  No. You can cancel at any time by stopping payments (we'll figure it out). Your success is our success; we're focused on service, not contracts.

Q: How much does it cost to change a picture on my site?

A: That is included in your fixed-price monthly service. There are no per-hour fees, no per-picture fees, and no extra costs.

Q: How would I change a picture?

A: Simply email attach it with a simple description of what you want ("please replace the cat picture with the attached dog picture").

Q: Are there any extra fees?

A: There are no additional fees. If the amount of change you desire becomes prohibitive we'll let you know (repeated daily changes would be prohibitive after your site launches, but monthly changes or seasonal hours changes are completely reasonable).

Q: Are there any up-front costs?

A: No. We work with you to get the initial version of your site to your liking.

Q: Can I continue to use my existing email address?

A: Yes. You can use your existing Gmail / Hotmail / AOL as your contact information on your website. We can also forward a new email address to your existing email address.

Q: How involved do I have to be?

A: Anywhere from "please just do it for me" to making specific changes.

Q: What kinds of things can I put on my site?

A: Business hours, seasonal hours, contact information, picture galleries, product demonstration videos, contractor walk-throughs to showcase work, a PDF menu for a restaurant or caterer, just to name a few.

Q: How will I be billed?

A: Monthly. Payment can be made by check, credit card, or PayPal.

Q: Can I have an easy way to upload pictures with captions and you handle the rest?

A: Yes. Typical uses include a gallery of work (plumbers, landscapers, electricians), properties for sale by realtors, or artisans displaying work to name a few.
